My mental health never came easy to me. I’ve struggled with a lot of episodes of depression in my young adulthood.
Especially in these times of uncertainty, I feel a lot of ups and downs like probably many of you. Today I wanted to give you a little bit of insight into what it is that I’m doing every day to help my mental health.
