What is the retreat like?

We will take you out of the office to a beautiful chalet in the Swiss mountains (location TBC, depending on season and availability).


We will literally unplug from the usual office grind - during our time together we will disconnect from the digital world. Your time will be filled with outdoor adventures, mindfulness practices, yoga, great food and challenges that takes the team out of their comfort zone.


You will get to know your team in a whole new way. Intense bonding guaranteed!

Sample schedule of a day on team retreat

Retreats are fully customized based on your needs. We recommend a minium of 2 full days. Here is an example of a possible agenda for the day. This is only an example. The exact agenda is based on specific goals of each team.

6:30 AM - Gentle Yoga for waking up (suitable for any level)

About Your Coach.

My name is Joanna and I am the founder of Beyond Well. I am a qualified transformational coach and have more than a decade of experience working in international companies. My favorite thing in the world is to bring people together and figure out how to help them achieve big goals together.

I am passionate about mental health and believe that we can be unstoppable when we train our minds and feel well. I have practiced mindfulness meditation for more than 15 years and have experienced the power of all the tools I use in my coaching firsthand. In my free time you'll find me hiking, doing yoga, cooking, taking pictures or cuddling with my two cats.
